Auricular acupuncture involves the stimulation of specific points on the ear, which can help unblock qi (energy) in the body's meridians (energy channels) and may help with an array of conditions, including orthopedic pain, insomnia, depression and anxiety, indigestion, and more. Join the communal space, cozy with quiet voices and relaxing music, to receive a 30-minute auricular acupuncture treatment of your choice,  which will include 6-12 sterile hair-thin needles inserted into various points in your ear. One of the oldest specialized medical therapies, acupuncture dates back over 3,000 years, and is widely regarded as a wonderful tool for healing.

Slouching or hunching is far from flattering, but more importantly, recent studies are confirming that a hunched posture is associated not only with increased neck tension and impaired mobility but also with increased risk of falls, shortness of breath, heart and lung disease, as well as depression and anxiety. The good news is that a hunched posture (hyperkyphosis) is reversible. Once you learn the key yoga exercises, all you need is 2 yoga blocks and 5-10 minutes a day.

The word tapas comes from ‘tap’ in Sanskrit which means to blaze or burn.  It is a burning, self-disciplined effort to purify the body and mind. Through intense effort, we can let go of obstacles and make way for compassion and forgiveness.
