Shake loose from the slumber of winter and prepare for the energy of spring. Meet the season of clearing space, rooting, and blossoming toward a fuller expression of yourself, just like flowers, trees and wildlife will be doing all around us. Using sound bowls, gongs and other instruments, we will rest our nerves to prepare to receive and engage with spring more authentically.
