Yoga for Emotional Balance with Joanna Barrett

Devoted to those moving through stress, transition, or emotional overwhelm. You may arrive feeling scattered or tense and leave feeling more anchored, centered, and steady. Through gentle yoga and mindfulness practices, students will be guided toward emotional balance using slow, grounding movement, supportive breathwork, and intentional rest.
