This workshop will take place in-person in the Arlington Studio.

Join Suzanne for this special opportunity to experience a yoga practice using the specialized rope wall in the Arlington Studio. The rope wall offers a form of suspension yoga, where the straps support the weight of the body using gravity as natural resistance. Yoga at the rope wall offers a fun and creative way to stretch and strengthen the body by elongating the spine, releasing tension in the joints, and providing feedback and new points of resistance. You'll be guided through postures and movements, and discover access to the benefits of inversions without any risk of compression or falling. With gravity offering its confident pull of traction, you'll create space in your joints, re-hydrate compressed spinal discs, and release compressed nerves, thus safely mobilizing the spine in all possible directions.

This workshop is limited to three people per session so that each student will have their own rope station for the length of the class. Reserve your spot now!
