This workshop will take place in the Arlington Studio.

Somatic & Reiki Restorative Yoga is a mindful, gentle approach to movement and stillness, fostering a deep connection between mind and body. During this practice, you will be invited to explore intentional stretching and contracting movements to stimulate sensory receptors, inducing a neurological response to promote relaxation and restore the resting length of muscle. As tension begins to soften, you will ease into restorative and yin inspired yoga poses to spend time in a soothing stillness necessary to allow the body to refresh and rebuild resiliency. During these times of stillness, hands-on Reiki energy will be sent to you to enhance your healing experience and encourage the flow of fresh, revived energy.
