This workshop will take place live on Zoom only. The recording will be available for one month following the live presentation.
This workshop will use gentle, meditative movements, based on ancient practices from China to help bring balance and resilience to the body, breath and mind. The gentle movements (which can be done standing or sitting) help bring flexibility and strength, and are coordinated with the breath to help reduce stress and relax into the present moment. These practices lead to greater awareness and the ability to successfully adapt to stressors, maintaining psychological and physiological well-being in the face of adversity.
