Whimsy in Yoga invites you to rediscover the joy of movement through playful, mindful exploration. This workshop blends coordination, balance, freeform movement, and simple props to keep the practice lighthearted and fun. Together, we’ll explore hand-eye coordination, arm, hand, and wrist movements, balance challenges, and creative ways to move with curiosity rather than perfection.
