Join Racial Justice Speaker/Educator and Yoga Teacher, Dr. Monea, for a 2-hour courageous conversation about antiracism and what we can do to BE the change we want to see. Using what she calls the 3 R’s of Antiracism–reflection, resilience, and relationships–Dr. Monea will create a safe space for you to discuss antiracism and solutions with like minded individuals. Now is the time to lift the veil, confront racism and work together to dismantle it. There’s no better place to do the messy digging of antiracism than a yoga studio.
