Asya will give a 20-minute talk each week focused on a different piece of the science behind the practice, followed by a 40-minute experiential practice including a guided meditation while reclined and supported with props. Attend the full series or drop-in one at a time; note that each class during this six-week course will build on the previous week’s content and practice.
