A session to help maintain the health of your back during the Pandemic and beyond. Grounded in recent powerful research on the positive benefits of yoga for some forms of back pain, Baxter will add in techniques that he has found beneficial to his students over the last 17 years in Oakland, CA and around the country. The session will include a short talk and a full yoga practice, with essential poses, breath techniques and guided relaxation.
