Essential teachings on Yin Yoga, Yang Practice, and Mindfulness Meditation
Welcoming Sarah Powers: Weeklong Insight Yoga Intensive
Sunday July 30 through Sunday August 6
If you're interested in taking steps toward a more meaningful relationship with yoga and meditation alongside a deepening inquiry into your own heart and mind – accompanied by gentle, quiet community presence and a most skillful guide, consider joining us for this very special eight-day in-person training with Sarah Powers, one of the most highly respected, internationally-known teachers of Yin Yoga and personal inquiry. Sarah will guide us through three streams of study: the active stillness of yin yoga, the energizing mobility of yang asana practice, and the deep inquiry and insight that can come from meditation.
Sarah draws strongly from her decades-long study of spiritual psychology, as well as Buddhism, Taoism, transpersonal psychology and Internal Family Systems. This time with Sarah intends to deepen one’s understanding of the experiential, philosophical and practical application of yoga and meditation. Anyone interested in cultivating their own practice and/or their teaching will benefit from this enriching space for deep study, practice, and reflection.
