This workshop will take place in the Fairfax Studio. In-person only.

Yoga encourages lifelong development of discipline, curiosity, strength and flexibility in both body and mind. When we practice as a family, we not only take care of our individual selves, but we also foster these qualities in each other! These classes include age-appropriate instruction for classic poses, yoga-based games, partner/teamwork. They also feature easy-to-remember techniques for calming and relaxation, which you can continue practicing at home. Use yoga’s wisdom to help your family flow and grow together! 

Ideal for kids aged 2 - 11 with at least one adult present. Welcoming to all levels of yoga experience.
