Poor posture is epidemic in our society. It causes headaches, neck, shoulder and back pain, as well as respiratory and cardiovascular problems. It can also lead to loss of balance, falls, and serious fractures.
Yoga provides excellent tools to help us mindfully improve our posture and balance. But, just as important is incorporating what we learn on the mat into life off the mat. This workshop will help you do just that. We will use targeted yoga poses to help correct habitual postural patterns so that you stand taller and fall less, both on and off the mat.
