Yoga Nidra means "yogic sleep," and is a guided meditation that can take you into deep relaxation where you may encounter the blissful state that some yogis consider the "true self." From a relaxed state of body and mind, while lying supported by blankets and props, participants are invited to silently state a personal, positive resolve, which plants a seed that can carry into daily life guidance. The quality of rest achieved in the practice of Yoga Nidra can be more effective than actual sleep itself!
This workshop will take place live on Zoom, and will be recorded and available for one month to anyone who registers.
