This workshop will take place in the Arlington Studio and on Zoom. Attend live, and/or access the recording for one month following.
Examine the anatomy of the hips and how they move. Identify habitual patterns that can lead to imbalance, and from there, chart a way forward in movement practice to bring stability and unlock ease in the hips.
Jen will lead you through a variety of poses and flows to build strength, lubricate the joint and ultimately unlock reliable fluidity of the hip joints to help you move through life with function and comfort.
