This workshop will focus on poses designed to lengthen, strengthen and stretch muscles used during cardio exercises.  You will build strength in the core to improve endurance and learn breathing techniques to help you relax your body.  Areas of focus will be on the hips, hamstrings, quadriceps, abdominals, breath and balance.

This workshop will take place live on Zoom, and will be recorded and available for one month to anyone who registers.
