The workshop will examine the evidence-based research on the efficacy of yoga and meditation for neurological conditions such as epilepsy, migraine, stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, etc., followed by an asana and meditation practice suitable for those experiencing atypical neurology as well as those caring for them.

This workshop will take place live on Zoom, and will be recorded and available for one month to anyone who registers.
