Unwinding Neck & Shoulders: Yoga and Fascia for Desk Life
Do you have tension in your shoulders and neck from sitting in front of a computer? This virtual workshop combines yoga, myofascial release, and mobility exercises to counteract hours spent at a desk. You will learn simple exercises you can do everyday to relieve tension, increase strength, and improve your posture.
This workshop will take place live on Zoom, and will be recorded and available for one month to anyone who registers.
