The spine is our body's main support structure. It keeps us upright, and is designed to be amazingly mobile and stable at the same time. With age and everyday activities our spine can lose its natural mobility, leading to aches and pains and affecting our mood and energy level. In this workshop, small movements will lead to big changes as we wake up the spine to reduce tension in the back, shoulders and neck, improve breathing, and increase energy. Postures will be accessible to all levels, including beginners.
This workshop will take place live on Zoom, and will be recorded and available for one month to anyone who registers.
