With a focus on fascia, the connective tissue that shapes who you are, this workshop will share information about
why stretching is a myth;
how to increase and maintain flexibility;
how to reduce pain and tightness in your body.
Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced student, this workshop will help you learn about the role of fascia in deeply held tension and tightness, and can provide a window into a state of ease. You will need two tennis, lacrosse, or myofascial balls and a yoga block or thick cushion for this workshop.
