The upper back, AKA the thoracic spine, is the home to the ribs, the landing pad for the shoulder blades, as well as the abode to the heart & lungs. It’s also an area of major congestion and prone to disfunction, depression, and protective or aggressive posturing. We’ll feel, study, and play in this area for the duration of this class...bringing good health and wellbeing to the spine, ease in the neck & shoulders, and an open & loving heart.
