All proceeds will go to benefit the Veterans Yoga Project, created in 2010 and is on a mission to support recovery and resilience for veterans, especially those suffering from post-traumatic stress(disorder)and trauma-related challenges. Through yoga, veterans learn how to practice mindfulness, which can undo the nervous system dysfunctions that underlie trauma symptoms.
