We will spend an afternoon getting more deeply acquainted with this keystone bone; exploring its roles and its functional relationships anatomically, in asana and philosophically. We’ll listen, discuss, practice-teach and reflect.

Open to yoga teachers with 200-hour+ certifications; required for Sun & Moon’s Dharma Program (300-hour). CEUs provided.
