Hatha yoga focuses on poses and breathing at a slow and deliberate pace, which provides more opportunity for alignment. Combine that with another person and you have Hatha for Pairs!
Grab a buddy and learn a carefully curated series of yoga poses for pairs starting with simple beginner poses moving to slightly more challenging poses. Our two-person poses promote balance, strength and flexibility. Most of all, we breath, let go and have fun! Bring a friend, family member, or partner. Optional pictures can be taken of your favorite poses towards the end of class.
