This workshop will present tools for parents to help identify and address causes of things that "break the peace" in their lives. The group will learn mindfulness practices to use when times are rough, and proactive strategies to take into their daily lives. These tools and strategies will include simple yoga postures and breathing practices that parents can do to stay grounded and to build awareness. Intended for parents only: arrange a sitter and follow with a date-night dinner out!
