Core strength is good, but core organization is better. The job of muscle is to move (or stabilize) bones, and it’s important that all the parts of the body work together in harmony. By becoming aware of the interaction of our bones and joints, we can build an image of our central core structure, and find the harmony that’s possible there. The results raise the potential for increased fitness, improved power and prevention of injury.
