EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is an avenue toward serenity, empowerment, and freedom, by tapping one's own body for emotional release.

Our emotions are part of who we are and how we behave. Some of our emotions may dissipate our energy and produce negative cycles that impact us internally and interpersonally. This EFT workshop teaches you a short and clear-cut method of physically tapping in an easy sequence of energy points on the body, and includes specific words and phrases that can produce faster results.

This EFT practice can empower you to break negative emotional cycles and to reprocess primary emotions in daily life. A digital copy of the workshop presentation is included with registration.
