Have you ever marveled at the grace of a flamingo by the water's edge, and its ability to stand – even sleep – upright on one leg? Standing balance poses offer us so many benefits, from improved posture and coordination to increased strength and concentration. Building from the ground up in this workshop, we'll discover our own inner flamingo with the goal of teaching the mind, body, and breath to be quiet yet unwaveringly present and focused in a range of balancing postures.
