Take a look at how yoga is helping combat the hidden inner fire known as inflammation, that lies at the root of so many health issues of aging. This evening’s practice is intended to help dampen and put out that fire. $45
Moving Beyond Strong Bones – Saturday early afternoon

Our current concerns around aging that focus on thinning bones is not as important as the bigger issue of advancing frailty in the entire body. This class will examine principles and practices to support a healthy skeleton and all the bits that surround it. $55
The Newest News – Saturday late afternoon

This session will present new and exciting research findings that support the use of yoga as lifestyle medicine, and look at several supportive sequences to expand our “healthspan.” $55
The Yang and Yin of It – Sunday early afternoon

Yoga can be a superb way to balance the endless pairs of opposites we encounter in our lives, especially the need to balance action and inaction. The final session of the weekend will blend these opposites beautifully and give us new tools to handle life’s paradoxes. $70
