Greetings! I am beyond delighted that I will once again be teaching at what I will always consider my yoga home—Sun and Moon Yoga Studio. I began taking classes at Sun and Moon the year the studio opened so it truly is home.
I started teaching at Sun and Moon in 1998 and taught there until 2003 when I opened my own studio in South Arlington. When I had to close my studio because of the revitalization of the Columbia Pike Corridor I returned to teaching at Sun and Moon for a few more years. Because of other work obligations I have only been subbing for the last few years.
I have been practicing yoga for over 40 years and as I enter my seventh decade in a few months I look forward to sharing what I have learned as a practitioner, a student and a teacher.
I will be teaching a Level 2 class at the Fairfax Studio on Sunday mornings at 10am.
