Join us on Thanksgiving morning for 60-minute all-levels classes to put you in just the right state of mind/body/heart for a day of feasting on great food and gratitude. Bring a non-perishable food offering to replenish local food banks, or make an online donation to Britepaths in Fairfax or the Arlington Food Assistance Center.
