January and February are times of year that can either drag you down or provide the opportunity to lift yourself up through self care and inward-looking, and it’s in fact the best time of year to look ahead and prepare for spring and summer. In this workshop we will look at setting up daily practices from yoga and Ayurveda that can help you weather the doldrums of winter and sustain you through the busier times. We’ll practice yoga asana, meditation, and breathing practices, and we’ll discuss a seasonal diet.
