Spring weather is as unpredictable as the itch to get outside is inevitable. While all of nature begins to awaken, the plans and ideas germinated in winter can begin to take root and grow alongside the dormant plants outside. Spring still has some of the heaviness of winter with the moisture in the air but we no longer crave or need the heavier foods of winter. This workshop is to help you flow through the transition from winter to spring with ease and balance, at mealtime and all the rest of the time too! Register early to make sure there are enough tasting samples for everyone.
