This series inspires teens to discover skills to strengthen their ability to navigate the increasing demands and stresses teenagers face in today’s world. Mindfulness practice deepens teenagers’ understanding of the difficult emotions faced from social and academic pressures, and teaches simple tools to be more present, resilient, and less reactive during challenging moments. Each class introduces a theme and practice, includes fun and engaging activities, and a safe space to reflect and share common high school experience. Mindfulness reduces stress, anxiety and overwhelm; and improves sleep, focus, resiliency, and self-compassion.
