A free yoga class for you and food for those in need. Come to one or more of our classes on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and bring a free-will offering of canned food and/or non-perishable dry goods to help replenish food banks in the area after Thanksgiving.

2:30p to 3:45p, Heart Openings, w/John Sherburne (Arl) and Valerie Short (Ffx)
4:00p to 5:15p, Restorative Yoga, w/Jennifer Eubank (Arl) and Noralea Dalkin (Ffx)
