Join Chynna and Jarrick for a deeply relaxing sound bath session to create space for exploration of the duality between movement and stillness, and between silence and sound both internally and externally. With the breath, tap into the nervous systems to settle the MindSpace and the body to facilitate a deeper state of clarity, focus and relaxation in the midst of gongs, crystal bowls, and singing bowls.

From 9:00am to 1:00pm, a rotating roster of teachers will hand off every 30-minutes to lead you in community space filled with gratitude meditations, gentle asana practices, and slow and steady breaths as we embark on a holiday season like none other before.
Join us on the patio at Trade Roots Gift Store & Cafe for discussion, breathing, and a short meditation experience with Annie Moyer, Director and Co-Owner of Sun & Moon Yoga Studio, focusing on how mindfulness practices can help us through these strange and challenging times.
